Black Latin Dance Dress Off Shoulder Batwing Practice Dress
A soft off-shoulder practice dress that sits wide across one shoulder and falls into loose batwing sleeves, then draws in close through the hip. A drawstring runs up one side seam so you can pull the skirt shorter for turns, and a contrast sash ties at the waist – leopard on the black, plain white on the pink. A matching headband comes with it.
