Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Before you send anything back
All returns require authorization. Email us at ttdancewear01@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. For a quality issue, please attach photos. Once we approve the return we will email you the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not ship items back to the address printed on your parcel — that address belongs to the carrier, not to us, and returns sent there cannot be processed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we do not accept Freight-To-Collect (FTC) shipments.
Condition of returned items
- Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
- In the original packaging, with all accessories included
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that arrive back with visible signs of wear, alteration, or missing tags will not be refunded.
Items that cannot be returned
- Clearance items — final sale
- Special orders and made-to-order items, including shoes produced in a custom heel height
- Customized shoes — shoes with street soles, half rubber soles or a platform attached at our workshop, and shoes made in a custom width
Return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of the return and refund the item in full, provided you notify us within 30 days of delivery. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
For all other returns — including size or style changes — return shipping is paid by the customer, and we do not provide a return label. Please use a trackable shipping method; we cannot process a return we cannot confirm was delivered. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Restocking fee
A 30% restocking fee applies when a customer returns 3 or more items from the same order. Most of our products are made to order, so large multi-item returns carry real production cost; this fee lets us keep prices low and reduce waste. The fee is deducted automatically from the refund total.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, production may already have started — our dance shoes are made in custom heel heights — and a 30% cancellation fee applies.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected at our warehouse, we process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a further few business days to appear on your statement. If more than two weeks pass with no sign of your refund, email us and we will chase it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund once it is approved, and place a new order for the size or style you want.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ttdancewear01@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.
