Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to our straightforward 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your products. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any requests made beyond this 30-day period. To begin the return or exchange process, please first reach out to us at for authorization.

  • Authorization Required: We can not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any items back.
  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Shipping: For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for using a shipping method that provides tracking information to ensure the safe and documented delivery of the returned item.
  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that items purchased from our clearance selection, as well as special order products, are considered final sale. As such, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to review your choices carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at, Include details about the item(s) you wish to return and the reason behind the return. For quality-related issues, please attach photographs demonstrating the problem. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns. 


Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Should more than two weeks pass without notice of your refund, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

NOTE: The shipping costs associated with returned packages will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee

We welcome returns of standard-sized items within our specified return period. However, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to customers returning more than 3 items. This policy is in place because most of our products are made to order, significantly reducing environmental waste and maintaining low prices for our customers. Please be aware that these fees are deducted automatically from your refund total.
