A burgundy Latin practice skirt that wraps on the diagonal: floral lace gathered across the hip, with a deep curtain of fringe falling from the wrap line into a long pointed hem. One side stays short over the thigh while the other drops past the knee, so every turn throws the fringe out in a wide arc.
