To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your products. - Authorization Required: We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any items back.
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- Shipping: For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for using a shipping method that provides tracking information to ensure the safe and documented delivery of the returned item.
- Non-returnable Items: Please note that items purchased from our clearance selection, as well as special order products, are considered final sale. As such, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to review your choices carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
NOTE: The shipping costs associated with returned packages will not be refunded.
We welcome returns of standard-sized items within our specified return period. However, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to customers returning more than 3 items. This policy is in place because most of our products are made to order, significantly reducing environmental waste and maintaining low prices for our customers. Please be aware that these fees are deducted automatically from your refund total.
